History

Our Factory was established in 1940 by the exclusive efforts and the personal experiences of late Georges Kassab.
We have gained throughout the years the trust and confidence of our customers and have grown up to become quality leaders in our field.
In 1994 the factory expanded to become RUPLAK ROLLERS INT'L specialized in manufacturing rubber rollers

In 1996 we moved to a new location and signed a license agreement with Messrs. MITEX GUMMIWERKE Germany with exclusivity for the whole Arab countries & Cyprus

In 1999 a joint venture took place between the two firms. RUPLAK ROLLERS INT'L become a part of MITEX GUMMIWERKE Group / Germany.

Products & Quality

RUPLAK ROLLERS INT'L produces under the license of Mitex a variety of rubber, silicone, plastic and polyurethane roll coverings in all required hardnesses with absolute production continuity

Their most important features are:
Excellent performance at high speeds, long service life and cost efficiency, high chemical resistance, extremely high temperature endurance, wear resistance, minimal hardening and glazing, excellent coating and transferring performance and precise electrical conductivity. Modern grinding machines allow us to carry out precision grinding, as well as regrinding for all roll types including those with metal or elastomer covering.
